Montgomery County Transfer Station
JPA designed a series of renovations and additions to existing industrial buildings on the campus of the Montgomery County Solid Waste South Transfer Station. This project included a new administrative and conference center for the facility.
Other improvements included a new access road and interior roads to improve traffic patterns, expansion of existing facilities for public disposal of hazardous materials, and a new public waste drop off building with two load out bays.

JPA worked with the City to conduct a needs assessment, feasibility study and design
for the new Utility Center. The needs assessment included developing a program of spaces, budget, preliminary plans and site plans for both new construction and renovation options.
