The scope of this project includes renovation of 4 spaces on the basement level of Thesken Hall at the Miami Middletown campus. Miami University wished to renovate an existing lecture and lab space to upgrade the spaces finishes including lighting, as well as upgrading the finishes in the corridor adjacent to the spaces. Providing a new unisex ADA restroom in an existing (expanded) closet space was also included in the scope of renovations.
